I understand that only the Admin and Editor access levels allow a user to access questionnaire templates… However, is it possible to restrict a user’s access to a specific questionnaire template? I’m interested in restricting a specific user with Editor access to access/edit only a subset of all available questionnaire templates in our ZenGRC instance. Thanks!

Unfortunately, access to only a specific template (or subset of templates) is not currently available. If a user has access to the templates area, they will have access to all templates.
If you’d like to keep questionnaire templates locked down, I recommend you export the relevant templates and email the individual directly. This will allow you to keep all your templates locked down, while allowing for engagement with the appropriate templates.
