Questionnaire Improvements - Answer Scoring

Elevate your questionnaire analysis with our new Answer Scoring feature. This addition brings a structured and color-coded evaluation system directly into the questionnaire response table, allowing for an intuitive and immediate assessment of each response.

  • Score Responses Easily: Directly within the Questionnaire Responses, a new column features a drop-down selector for scoring each answer, enhancing your ability to quickly evaluate responses.
  • Color-Coded Evaluation: Responses can now be marked with the following statuses, each associated with a distinct color for easy identification:
    • Compliant: Green - Indicates adherence to requirements.
    • Non-Compliant: Red - Highlights areas of concern or non-adherence.
    • Action Needed: Yellow - Signals the need for further action or review.
    • Not Applicable: Light Grey - Marks the response as irrelevant to the current assessment criteria.

This scoring system simplifies the process of indicating whether a questionnaire answer is acceptable, unacceptable, or requires further action, streamlining your review process and facilitating a quicker path to compliance insights.

Miscellaneous Improvements

Default Homepage is Now Audit!

To enhance your ZenGRC navigation experience, we've updated the default homepage to focus on audits, placing critical oversight at the forefront of your entry into the platform.

  • Custom Preferences Respected: Users with previously set custom homepages will see no change, ensuring your tailored ZenGRC experience remains intact.

Owner Filter - Groups

We've improved the filtering functionality within the Risk heatmap, specifically addressing how ownership is represented and selected.

  • Enhanced Group Filtering: When filtering by owner, you can now include groups, providing a more comprehensive view of risk ownership across different segments of your organization.
