Interface for Adding Conditional Questions Does Not Match Knowledge Base

I am trying to add a conditional question in a ROAR questionnaire. In Zen, the instructions for doing this were clear, logical and easy to follow. However, in the ROAR knowledge base, the instructions for creating a conditional question do not reflect the options available in the questionnaire. 

Has anyone else had this issue? Am I missing something?

@wreiter I apologize there is an issue with the instructions. 

After you’ve added questions within the Designer tab, move over to the Logic tab and click Add New Rule. From here, you should be able to specify your conditions and actions. 

Basically you are creating a bunch of If, then statements. If your question was answered with A….then do B. I made a quick video using a simple example to hopefully get you started! Please let me know if there is anything else I can clear up.
